Dallas Cowboys Self-Guided Tours give fans access to the most popular areas of Cowboys Stadium, and are available on days when the football field is down.

• You'll start your Self-Guided tour in the Cowboys Stadium Pro Shop. Self-guided tours give you access to the field, the Cowboys and Cheerleaders locker room, the Miller Lite Club and the post-game interview room.
• Knowledgeable Tour Guides are stationed in each area to provide you with information and answer your questions about the stadium.
• On the field, you can throw passes, run around and take pictures at your leisure. There is a photo station at midfield for fans to get their picture taken on the famous star.
  

Dallas Cowboys VIP Guided Tours are the ultimate Cowboys Stadium tour experience featuring small group sizes and additional tour stops

• The most knowledgeable and experienced tour guides meet you in the Pro Shop to lead your VIP Guided Tour.
• Beginning at the Main Club your tour stops include a private suite, the radio and print media press boxes, the Cotton Bowl offices, the Dr Pepper Star Bar and the Ford Motor Company Fountain.
• After you've seen these areas, your guide will take you down to the event level where you'll see all of the stops on the Self-Guided Tours, including the field, the Miller Lite Club, the post-game interview room and both the Cowboys locker room and the Cheerleaders locker room.
• Your tour will end in the Cowboys Stadium Pro Shop.
  
  

  Monday - Saturday 10 am - 6 pm (Last Tour Departs At 4:30 pm) Sundays 11 am - 5 pm (Last Tour Departs At 3:30 pm)

  NEW TOUR TIMES FOR FOOTBALL SEASON: The day after a regular season Dallas Cowboys home game (preseason not included), tours will run from 8am - 6pm! Rally Day tour times (day before home games) will vary throughout the season. The Pro Shop is Open Monday - Saturday from 9am - 6pm and Sunday from 11am - 5pm. VIP Guided Tours last one hour to one hour and 30 minutes; if your VIP Guided Tour is taken on a day when self-guided tours are also being offered, you can visit all of the self-guided locations at your leisure. If there are no self-guided tours available, your Tour Guide will lead you through these destinations. Tours depart from the Pro Shop which is located at Entrance A. Parking is free in Lot 1 and Lot 2 off of Randol Mill Road.
